Wow I leave it in the fridge for a month and it is still good. tastes good smells good iv'e been doing this for a few years. i buy the refrigerated unsweetened vanilla.

wouldn't be building muscle on 1300 calories. more than likely if your doing insanity you aren't eating enough at 1300 calories.

I Would also recommend using the 2 1/2lb plates. for OHP and rows 5lb increase is still a good weekly increase.

walking a 5k is fine just stay toward the back at the start of the race.

1. YES, According to my BM I can burn 4000 cal in a day. i only do that maybe once a week so YES it is very possible 2. NO 3. Yes 4. by eating the same way you are just increase the amounts or time in between.

he need to choose if he wants to gain muscle or loose fat you don't do both at the same time. loosing fat will make the muscles you have more defined but won't add more muscle. if he does want to add muscle he should stop doing JM videos and start lifting and eating on avg 10% higher than his TDEE

There is no such thing as big boned it has been disproven many times. there is however different size frames large,med and small but that doesn't mean ones boes are actually a different thickness.
