No, never. He has seen me at a lot worse then exercising. Seems like watching your S.O exerciser would be more of a turn on, then turn off, but I can understand how one might feel shy. Hopefully soon enough you can find the self-confidence you need not to feel shy when working out around him. Good luck!

I have a lot more weight up top then on the bottom (boobs and stomach) and it's hard to get the model to "Fit" that. I wish I was that proportioned lol...So, yeah didn't work very well for me.....

I've never had them...but I have done research on it. From what little I've read is that it takes up to 5 years for the shots to be effective, sounds like you might need to talk to your doctor.

JCPenny has a new line (I think it's new anyways) of work out clothes, that I've fallen in love with recently. Very affordable, fits good, breaths and so far holds up nice. Oh! And super cute!

lol, y'all are crazy. I drink 100 oz a day and yes, my body has adjusted. At first I thought I was gonna float away after having to pee every 20 min. I feel 100% better when I drink all my water, I can tell a major difference in my weight, waist line and mood when I drink tons of water.

I love Luna bars. They are 180-190 cal. 9-15g protein. 70% organic, and super yummy. I feel like I'm eating something "bad" when I eat them.

Wow!!! I really needed to see this today. I've been getting frustrated that I'm not losing anymore, even though I'm doing weights. I *know* muscle weighs more, but it's still discouraging when the scale stops moving.

Ugh, that's rough! That kind of stuff happens to me every time I go to my mom's. I'm learning I just need to pack a snack or two, also. It also pisses me off when people think I'm staving myself on purpose just b.c I don't want the fried foods and sweets.

Hi! I'm vegetarian/vegan-ish too, for moral, not health reasons. Love animals. I'm 26 and just starting this weight loss journey. Again. Support from other vegan-ishs would be awesome. Tips to go vegan....? Take it a day at a time and start slow.
