For an AMAZING sweet treat / desert... cut an apple in half, sprinkle cinnamon on it and put it in the microwave for about a minute. Tastes almost like apple pie without all the fat, sugar and carbs:)

I basically live on coffee with Sweet n Low and flavored creamer. I hate the taste of coffee but it's a great appetite suppressant. This weekend I forgot to buy creamer but I had some fat free whipped cream in the fridge. I used that and it was AMAZING!! Added a little flavor and sweetness and I couldn't taste the coffee…
