You are supposed to eat them all back, but some days I find it hard to eat them all back and some days I find it hard to stay under... As long as you aren't short all the time, and leaving like 300-400 calories each time I wouldn't worry about it.

NSYNC but that was when I was younger... in the last 5 years I did pay to do a Meet and Great with New Kids on the Block..

I would start with portion control... once you have that down you can focus on healthier foods. I also think once your watching your portions you'll be surprised that you start choosing healthier foods to help you feel full longer.

Thanks for sharing that--I knew muscle weighed more so as I built more muscle and as fat was going away I would weigh more at times, but I def didn't expect it right away.

I think she was much nicer then I would have been to those people who tell her to sell her car. She is trying to move forward and provide for herself. $100 a month for food is doable-- like other said coupon and watch the sales. When you cook make a double batch or most make 4+ services and freeze the left overs. add black…

I love the laughing cow cheese idea--I never would of thought of that one--Thanks!

Hey! I'm 5'1 and weight 166. My goal is to get down to at least 130. From there I just want to fit in a 5/6 pant size. I know muscle weights more than fat so I'm not too concerned with my actual weight as long as I fit in a 5/6.
