Some days I do, some days I don't. It just depends on the day--I try to leave as many as I can but sometimes I'm starving after my workouts and need a little more food. Joining a little late, but I'm totally in. I walked 4 miles yesterday on the track at work. Going again today.

I'm 5'1" and my current goal is to get below 130. After I reach that mark I plan to reevaluate my goal based on how my body looks. I'm hoping to gain some muscle as I lose fat, so I expect my weight to be a little on the higher side for my height, but I do want to fall into the healthy range even with some muscle.

Hello--I'm Katie. I'm working to get back on track again as well. I started out great last year and then got off track, I didn't gain any weight but I didn't lose any either. Time to get back on track and work towards losing weight again.

Going to check into a few of these--I buy cheap walmart underwire bras and then by their workout tops and that keeps me in, but I hate having to double up--esp in warmer weather.

Type 2 diabetic, first year starting a garden as well. I'm doing container gardening as we don't own so I can't dig up the ground. I found a website to make my own earthboxes and I'm excited to start..as soon as this frost quits!

Am I the only one who has trouble cutting my potato?? I had to have the hubby cut it and my slices were 1/4 in thick..still tasted amazing, but not very crisp. What's everyone's secret to cutting them thin...

The recipe says 6-8 hours on low, but in my crockpot it really only takes about 4 if I leave it on low so I leave it on keep warm while I'm at work then turn it up when I get home to finish.

thrift stores for sure! I usually don't find much at like Goodwill, but we have a Plateo's closet and a Fashion Shack which both have nice stuff at very good prices---Also look for local owned shops--they tend to a nicer selection--more name brand items.

We do the salsa chicken as well, but I add black beans, corn, and fat free cream cheese--YUMMY!

I hold on while I walk on the treadmill, but not while I run. No clue why--guess I started holding on when I first started using the treadmill and now it's a habit. I am trying to train myself not to, but once I get lost in my music I usually end up holding on again.

Hubby loved it--said he would love to have it again. I did make my own taco seasoning with the recipe posted from here and added black beans--was soooo good!!
