200 ARM CIRCLES

If this is your second (or more) time doing these, try to beat your previous # by 5 or 10! Be sure to brag when you’re done! Great for round shoulders. Break them up. Use weights, use no weights, make big circles, or make small circles. It doesn’t matter. Tell us what you did!

Ok done.
2 x Arms to the side - forward circles - 10 small, 10 med,10 large
2 x Arms to the side - backward circles 10 small,10 medium, 10 large
2 x Arms to the side - 10 large of both forward and backward circles
2 x Arms to the front - 10 small, 10 medium, 10 large

Accept & Done
I started easy with 25 small circles in front of my body
Worked my way for 25 small circles to the side
Then i did 25 large circles to the sides
I grabbed my 3lb dumbbells for 25 small circles to the sides
then finished with 25 easy small circles in front of my body!
125 arm circles done!

100 forward and 100 backward done. Going for 100 in front of body by the end of the day.0

I'm a bit OCD, so I ended up doing 30 small forward circles to the sides, then 30 medium, then 30 large. Then I did 30 small, medium, and large to the sides backwards. Then I did 30 small, medium, and large in front of me forward, then the same thing backwards. I think that was like 360. Thanks for the motivation to finally get off my butt and do something! I ended up doing a few more exercises aside from this.0
