The pork was absolutely delicious. It was moist and full of flavor. The chicken was good but had nothing compared to the pork.

I would try entering it individually. That sounds like a lot of calories for 1 cup of roasted veggies. I'm sure they aren't swimming in oil either. You might try entering it in one of the recipe analyzer sites too. Unfortunately I can't remember either of them right now.:embarassed:

49 since February 2nd of this year. Hoping to crack 50 wide open when I weigh in on Friday:wink: Wanted to be there by 7/4 but ended up with my hubby in the hospital and wasn't quite on track the whole time he was there. That's ok though. It's a new week and I'm back on track now.
