I am 5'8" and my goal weight is about 155-160. I too am a curvy girl with a big frame and if I go below 155 I look sickly. I am realistic as well and know that although I could probably get lower, I would be miserable trying to stay there. A healthy happy me is what I am working towards, not super model status.... lol

Are you sure the issue is not more about "control" and much less about weight loss? Just a thought.

When getting up off of the floor meant using all 4's. Knowing that people look to me as a leader. I really want to set a good example for the next generation and live long enough to see them into adulthood. It's for me and it's for them. It's a win/win. :)
