LOL. I go a bunch throughout the day and night. And it takes quite a while (almost a minute) every time!

I like a clean gym with great machines, free weights and classes in it with great, clean and tidy locker rooms. I prefer the whirpool and saunas be in the locker rooms. I also like for them to have a pool even though I don't use it much. Also like the showers to be very clean as well.

Got it to 20% from a high of about 28%

So, question for a guy who is late 50's and bf% is at 20% should we set a goal of 15%? I'd sure like to get there. Ideas for how to get it?

Not a quick fix but it does seem to help with rehab after workout and preparation for day

I like what those studies say. I will try the three shorter sessions with cool down between and see what happens. Been doing it 30-40 minutes at end of workouts with good success at end of workout for last year.
