I'm trying to cut the final 10-15 pounds of "flab" around my middle. I am doing good on getting it down. I wonder how to get my fat % down below 20%. I think that the fat at 21% is what is causing me not to lose the middle section. I know you can't spot reduce fat, but want to get it off there to get working on my weight…
Are Sauna's good to help with losing a few last pounds? In a gym that has them in the locker rooms, what attire do you wear to sit in them, if you do?
