Hi! Happy to find someone else doing T-Tapp! I'm doing a mini-bootcamp this week - four days of BWO+. I MADE myself do it today (Day 3), even though I've been so headachy & crampy all day. My husband even said he was proud of me. :) Keep up the good work, farm_mama!

Here are some of the snacks I fall back on: - Wasa crackers with Lite Laughing Cow cheese - fresh berries - fresh vegies (broc, carrots, etc.) with 1 or 2 Tbs hummus - soft goat cheese w/herbs on high fiber bread - apple w/super thin slices of cheese - pistachios I haven't had any coffee yet this morning - I'm sure…
