Weight training can help as well low weights and high reps make sure it BURNS! Check the internet to focus on that area of the back.....Push ups really help it focuses on the upper body IE chest, back and arms.... Good luck, u can do it

Drinking too much water can be harmful careful i have heard stories of internal organs getting too much water and not working properly after ,don't forget your body is mostly water so it won't take more than it needs .... I take vinegar apple cider pills with my meals helps with the retention

I use this site as a guide, to show what is good for me and what is bad for me!!! It helps me see how much i am putting into my body and what i am burning well it isn't 100% accurate but it helps... Sizes are deceiving what is a size? What is the correct size these days? Eat More protein....More snacks like 3-4 snacks in between meals. Like nuts or peanut butter and crackers.....Ect...The same thing was happening to me...I ate more snacks which included more protein and i am ok now....Good luck

I go over about 100 calories cause i munch on fruits and veggies at work at my desk....But this is only time to time not everyday! have been having health issues lately so not much exercise but walking! yes, the reason behind it, is because of how the pants fit you...As well as the cut of the garment! They are all different so will fit u differently...Sometimes i am a size 14,16,18, depends on how the garment was made....When i get the size 18 i am What the hell:mad: ???
