ASICS ALL THE WAY they r wonderful shoes ....I use them for my knees and back and they work wonders when i work out and run...

use your own body weight against you stand against the wall and bend your knees like u r about to sit down for your legs, use canned foods for weights. I used to do that or filling a garbage bag with sand or dirt ( make sure you double bag it tho) for weights for the upper body those r just a few starting ideas good luck

i think you should request that they bring healthy food but they don't have too just make sure they know that as well , make some healthy platters for yourself and whoever else wants to eat the healthy stuff...Good luck

I am determined i did exercises yesterday even tho it hurt like hell..Which prob made it worse..... Tonite no exercise just a nice meal ( western omlette with toast) and a nice hot bath followed by a massage by my hubby and hopefully all this will be gone tomorrow!!!

Sunshine, they r not excuses at all....I was in so much pain yesterday i still got on my stationary bike and did 12 mins then my abs....Which prob hurt me more than helped.... My Dr says i am a fit fat person but i wanna be a fit person!!! I think i will just start measuring my foods...I think that will help in the weight management and to loose weight too...Using my bike too more cardio.....Should i do more cardio for now and some weight training?

I mean it isn't bad but isn't great either i have alot of work to do, i don't eat junk food nor greasy foods....I think i eat too much even tho it is good for me i have to be careful of the portions which i am starting to do! I am doing alot of measuring now!

trust me winters here u wouldn't want to go outside on milder days ok but colder ones not so much ( i will be walking alot cause the traffic is unbearable here i take public transit and that doesn't help much either when it snows) So long johns and boots are on the list to walk home if necessary!... i remember when i used to go to the gym that it wasn't good to do the same muscle group 2 days in a row so i make sure i give it a day before i do it again, i do upper body one day then do lower body the next....

I just feel that when i was on track about a month ago i felt great but didn't really see any results...Maybe i should go at it harder!

Sidesteal really? it has nothing to do with "wanting it badly" it has to do with self control....Plan your meals on friday night when u get home from work for the weekend i find that helps me though the weekend.....pre prepared meals help me alot :)

start simple, eat less move more...It doesn't mean u have to run on a machine or an elliptical machine , go for a walk at lunchtime or walk to here or there it helps trust me....plan your meals in advance think about what u r going to eat before u eat it....it helps cut calories ect....I mean we all know what is good for…
