  • Right now i do 3 sets of about 12-18 reps....So i should change that to 4 sets of 10-15? Wow when i was hitting the gym a couple years back they told me 3 sets of 12-15 so maybe i should change it up then? Hum maybe i will....
  • I do about 12-15 reps and it burns when it stops to burn i increase the weight but i am not there yet!!! I also use my own body against myself with the Ball and do exercises with that....
  • Lifting heavy isn't good is what i am told over and over again just do the weight that u can and have more repetitions rather than more weights i wanna tone and change my body not make it grow!!! I do upper body one day and lower body the next and i train for about 1/2 hour each time i make sure i take my time and do it…

  • I just changed my goals to 3 workouts a week 60 min a day cause it does take me 60 min to and from work. It's good to know that it doesn't affect shouldn't it though?
  • thanks everyone...I dink PLENTY of water no worries, i find that taking my bike is so much easier with all the flipping traffic out there....I fixed my mfp to 30 min a day or exercise cause i can't take my bike all the time i am gonna fix it now....To 60 min a week at least cause i do take my bike at least once a week man…

  • walking is really good to loose the baby weight, take your son for a walk in the stroller now that the weather permits! Watch what u eat use MFP and u will be fine u can do it!!!!

  • sometimes it is hard cause my finacé works in a warehouse loading trucks and he needs to eat alot of calories and sometimes it is hard not not eat what he eats...I will pick at his plate while i am eating my salad or veggie platter ect....But i hope that taking my bike will help....

  • the thing is i want to ride my bike 3 times a week but sometimes i can't because it rains so i set my goals for 3 30 min workout a week for now that includs 10 min on my stationary bike and weight training
  • Fruits, veggies, nuts i always keep some cut up goodies in the fridge to munch on...crackers and cheese are good too....Granola bars...Yogurt, cottage cheese with crackers...But most of all nuts will prob help u out a bit more...Good luck
  • Stress has Alot to do with loosing weight your body has it's own way of screwing with u...Try not to stress too much about your weight sounds like u have enough of it in your life, i would in your case just watch your food intake and exercise as much as u can....I mean all of us as humans knows what is good for u and bad…
  • the body needs at least 24hr rest in between workouts example if u do you upper body one day rest the next and o your lower body and continue like that...My brother is a personal trainer your body needs the rest to recuperate. And hard core body builders cheat at least once a week so don't be to hard on yourself...Good luck
  • Sorry for your loss :( Your body goes into starvation mode after weeks of not getting it proper nutrition a couple days of not eating correctly won't hurt u....Keep up your normal routine, just do a start over...If u feel hungry eat more protein and drink more water and u will be back on track in no time, i am in the same…
  • Give it more time, be patient u will start seeing changes soon...Don't forget muscle weighs more than fat....hang in there....U will see a difference soon...Usually around 6 weeks

  • Not 10-15lbs not for everyone...I lost about 4lbs so far and my jeans fit me alot better now than 3 weeks ago....I also train alot too...So it depends on how u loose the weight and where it comes off...Good luck keep up the good work
