  • I'm 5'1. I started at 180, now I'm 160. Goal weight is 125. Been stuck at 160 for a couple of weeks. Hoping to meet goal weight by summer time!!!
  • I have found using taste of home comfort food diet to be very helpful. It gives you meal plans and has a fitness program on there. Easy recipes and exercises you can do from home. And amazingly my kids will eat their recipes!!! Good luck!!
