wow, level 2 is pretty tough! but i am enjoying it more than level 1. makes me wonder what level 3 is going to be like? level 2 day 2 done and feeling much better at it!!

hi, well i am on day 7 of the shred, and I find the push ups hard too. so i do the push up off of my exercise ball. saves my knees and this way i can modify how hard i want to do it... hope that helps :)

Hi, my measurements as of march 1st are: weight 165 lbs chest 40 inches waist 33 inches hips 40 inches i will update every friday. i just finished day two of the shred. did much better this morning at it. have a good weekend everyone!
