I love all chips also and can not eat a sandwich with out them. I found when I was dieting heavy - I ate pretzel chips (counted) - ff pretzels - mini rice cakes and mini triscuits. Also ate popcorn. Hope these ideas help a bit.

I would love to be part of the 50 group. I'm not sure about Yoga but starting Monday I'm going to take a stike class and try 1 new machine for October. Always looking for new friends with good advice and support. Thanks for the great insight.

Turned 51 this year and since turning 50 I've lost almost 45 pounds. I feel the best I've ever felt and I LOVE tracking my food on MFPal as well as my exercise.
