UGH I have a similar problem. I lose in my legs first, belly last, but when I gain, I gain in my belly first. The more I yoyo, the bigger my tummy gets. *grumble*

I just started doing iced chocolate whey coffees - 1 scoop ON double chocolate whey + 8 oz iced coffee. Super good! I also have heard good things about Premier Protein Caramel in coffee as creamer.

Not working with a coach but maybe I should... I'm doing bench presses, curls, tricep kickbacks, and a bunch of other no-legs-involved stuff, plus a lot of core work, but deadlifts just became my new fav and now I'm missing them hardcore. :'(

Sounds like you've got a good plan going on, but UGH i know how you feel about it being strict. I miss my deadlifts and am starting to miss my runs, even though I hate running. LOL! I'm just at the beginning of my recovery and honestly I'm depressed as hell. I haaaaaate just sitting around. I have 7 more weeks to go. >.<

It went OK with my iced coffee today so thankfully it's just about regular iced coffee season. Thanks again for the tips, all!
