41 here! Need to lose about 50. Add me!

I use erythritol on occasion but I'm not a fan of the "cooling" aftertaste that comes with it. Is there any way to negate that?

I would, but I would be wary for all the reasons stated above. That said, I am overweight and have a degree in nutrition. I KNOW what I have to do, but it's not easy for me. I can absolutely help someone lose weight by giving them the tools they need, but in the end, it's up to the individual person to follow through. If…

Annnnd now I have a new name for it. Thank you. :D

Although it disagrees with the science, and very well may be placebo, I found it greatly helps with reduction in soreness. Placebo or not, I like the way it tastes so I'll just keep taking it until I finish the canister.

This is what I'm attempting now. I have been fighting PF and a healing break for the last year and find if I lift heavy, I get a fantastic cardio workout without the ouchy feet.

Welcome! Feel free to add me!

I agree with posters above. You really need to evaluate your eating habits. Do you need to feel full all the time as in it's a compulsion or are you just used to overeating to the point where you are always full?

That's kinda like that taco bell egg taco thing... How does that even hold up unless the eggs are SO overcooked?
-
In my 40s here, too! Hoping to get back in the habit of working out all the time!

I'm in the same boat... and I hate to say it but I think therapy is the best answer.

YOU'RE HIRED!
-
I haven't heard of that. That's pretty cool!
-
That's what I'm afraid of. I have macros that I plugged in from a couple different calculators so I'm not sure what I could get that's super different.
-
I haven't ruled that out yet. ;)

a lot... 4 times that for diet and fitness coaching.

THIS is why I come here, people. Sometimes I not only need the food slapped out of my hand, but my credit card also. :) Thank you for the discussion.

Basically, they give you custom goals and workouts, check in with you once a week to help keep you on track. They're like diet babysitters.

I mostly agree with what everyone is saying - which is why I'm wondering if it's worth the cost. I lost 50 lbs with just MFP before but I lost my will to keep going and gained it all back. I do need someone to be accountable to because, in the end, I personally just go - meh, this pizza will put me way over my calories but…

I like this idea! That way, you know you're not eating too little to support your little one.
-
It gets easier to find time as they get involved in school, but I agree - it's tough!!! If you have 15 minutes to yourself, take a walk. Just a little bit of activity is better than nothing. Do squats while you empty the dishwasher, plank while you're watching TV, etc. Sometimes, you gotta get creative! I know what it's…

I'm a bit older but have similar goals. Add me :)

I got one at Target last year!!! Butt covering is a must for me! It was purple, not pink. Maybe they have them this year?
-
NICE!!! Talk about inspirational!

It's definitely a matter of forcing yourself. I hate it, but it works. Best of luck to you!
