6" subway club on wheat with american cheese, lettuce, onions, green peppers and honey mustard! My go to sub! Delicious and about 370 calories!

I'm 5'7" and my goal is 145-150, I've gotten to 159 in the past (looked pretty good) but needed to lose a little more and tone up!

I tried everything but cutting my calories alot and it didn't work, no weight came off no matter what (like I'm talking months!!). I finally cut back to 13-1400 calories and exercise 4 days a week and the weight is coming off. But its different from person to person, and I'm one of the people who needs less calories.

I usually wear straight leg jeans, not skinny, with a shirt that's either ruched with flowy sleeves, but sorta fitted so I don't accentuate my tummy. For shoes, flats or small wedges and rockin accessories to tie it all together

I hardly ever drink nowadays, but when I do go out and want to have beer, I like Michelob Golden Draft, I can't stand light beer (used to drink it, but got my hands on that Michelob and never went back lol) Can't stand light beer now but if I absolutely must or have no choice I drink Coors Light

Plane Fage Greek Yogurt packs alot of protein, it has 9carbs a serving..... It's really good if you mix a little honey and fruit into it. I can't eat it plain! Personally I prefer it to the pre-flavored ones since they have way more sugar in them...

I have a pair of Abercrombie no stretch at all jeans that are so perfectly worn in and torn up. I've never actually worn them just bought them at a garage sale knowing I was going to wear them someday lol

My local gym (privately owned) costs me and my bf $50 a month , it's 24hr access and all the classes you want for free.
