  • I'm 5'1" as well, and I am at 110 lbs right now. I still look really pudgy though so my goal is around 100 maybe. Hopefully, it will be as I am expecting.

  • ALL Skinny Cow ice cream bars (which are all really good) are 100 calories per bar, except for the fudge pops (NOT the Fudge bars) which are 50 calories each. I'm not sure about all of the Special K cereal bars, but the strawberry ones are only 90 calories (similar to the types of bars that Fiber One makes).

  • It might be because after a while of eating less calories, your metabolism gets used to it and slows back down. Because, when you start eating less it naturally gets burned more easily than when you ate more, but your body adapts to it and stops going so fast after a while.
