  • Good luck to you. I am an Army Veteran and wish I was still as fit as I used to be. I'm on a mission to get back to my fighting weight though. My best advice for you is to work on your push-ups, sit-ups, and 1.5 mile run. To get your run time faster I always recommend at least 2 days of 60-120 splits.
  • U.S. Army Veteran. Feel free to add me.
  • Hi! I sent you a request. I am disabled due to a back injury. The weight I have gained has only made the injury worse. I'm on a journey to lose close to 70 pounds and I am always looking to help motivate others as well. You can do this.
  • Welcome back. I am just getting back on track myself. I have quite a few more pounds than yourself to lose but we can help motivate each other.
  • I'll support you. I am just beginning this journey again myself. I had 74 pounds to lose and I've already lost 10 in the first month. Lets do this.
  • Hey good luck man! I've let myself go since I got out of the Army. I heard the words "pre-diabetes" and knew I had to get myself back in shape. So here goes the journey to lose 74 pounds. I'll celebrate at the end with a bedtime brownie.
  • You can add me too. I just heard the words pre-diabetes from my primary care physician so I have to get back on track. I'm on a journey to lose 74 pounds. I've already lost 10 so hopefully I can continue to lose more and get back to my Army weight. I could use the extra motivation.
  • Hi @trevorclark166. Tofu is high on protein and can be cooked in a lot of different ways.
