  • For something protein packed: Plain greek yogurt with a little bit of peanut butter, a drizzle of honey and some banana For something sweet: Homemade banana muffin or cupcake (we used a healthy recipe), about 3 large strawberries sliced and a drizzle of honey (about 1 tsp) - a delicious dessert and only about 160 calories

  • Good challenge. I definitely need increase my protein intake. I usually eat a vegetarian diet with some chicken or turkey sprinkled in. I know that eating more and healthier protein will help keep me fuller, longer.....I just to be active about it.
