Thank you all for the advice. I had full blood work pulled. ..and the results are...im just fat. Fasting glucose and sugar breakdown was good. As was cholesterol levels, thyroid and triglycerides. I've been instructed to try and eat balanced and increase exercise. I committed to at least a mile a day. So far so good.

Thank you all...going to try weening myself back to coffee with a splash of milk. I used to love fresh ground black coffee...just a matter of getting my taste buds adjusted

Im 251.4lbs, 5"5. And will soon be back at work 3 days a week for 12 hour shifts as a radiologic technologists. I never sit at work. I have 2 month old twins who are up every 2-3 hours to eat all day and night. I breast feed and supplement. I haven't slept more than 3 hours in a row since they were born. I miss the gym.…

Discovered another today when describing a machine at the gym to my husband.... I want to be able to do the suspended elliptical with out my hips rubbing the sides of the machine like a stuffed sausage. So not cool to be bruised on both hips but to proud to move to a different machine after I started

Its Tuesday, cardio challenge time. If you have access to a gym this will be easier, if not it can still be done. 10 min fast walk 10 min bike 10 min elliptical.
