  • Hi am just really starting to do this properly, I need to lose 14 pounds but ideally 28 pounds to reach my 'love to be' weight. Need some friends on here who feel the same so we can motivate, share meal ideas and stop the bad habbits. I have a 1 year little boy and 2 year old little girl and live in kent, england.
