To me it does not matter one bit, I am looking at the person on the inside, if the person on the inside is beautiful then the outside is twice as beautiful no matter what size they are.

I accept and you must too that you are going to have off or bad days, they are just going to happen. The key is not to let one or two bad days in a row sidetrack all the hard work you have been doing. Beating yourself up for one bad day is not what you need to do, just accept it and move on to tomorrow.

My thoughts are that I will more than likely blow it over the 4th, but just because I do is no reason to quit. I will get back after it on the 6th or 7th and in the end it will make no difference at all, it will just be a temporary set back.

For me it is one Diet Mt Dew every monring and then water the rest of the day. I find it helps get my day off to a good start.

I set my goal weight to where I felt physically my best and my strongest. It may not be where the experts think I should be, but it is where I know I want to be.

I would love to say that my wife is my biggest supporter and fan, but sadly I cannot. She actually tries to sabotage me more than she helps me. I would not be doing any of this or being keeping at it without the help of one of dear friends.

That is a great idea, and seeing as the doctor is so excited about what I have done so far, my guess is he will be all for me seeing them and trying to lose even more weight.

I've got the approval and encouragement of the doctor so that is all good. I will look into a personal trainer. Kind of tough living in a town of only 2300 people, I might have to drive a bit to find one.
