Ooh thanks for the link. I've been starting to eat refrigerated oats since they let me sleep in longer in the morning, and these variations sound fantastic!

When I first started I used 5's, but I was already exercising regularly with other videos. Now I use 8-10 Ibs.

I've been looking for more variety for at home workouts and love the free part as well! Definitely going to try it out, watched a clip from it and looks pretty good.

I think you'll be fine starting with level 1 of RI30 and agree that it is about the same difficulty wise as 30DS. RI30 just has an additional level. Both have good workouts and I continue to use all the levels on both dvds to have variety.
