I started couch to 5k over, but am doing "fast" running and jogging instead of jogging and walking--if that makes sense. So far so good. That's great!! :) Such a huge accomplishment. I did the C25K program last year and loved it. After a break from running starting around Thanksgiving (I'm a fair weather runner, I guess!) I am now on my second go-round and in the middle of week 4.

I'm 5'9"--my heaviest weight was 230. I started MFP at 220, and after a few years am down 36 lbs. Currently at 184 and 24 lbs away from my goal of 160. I don't really "diet" but focus on meeting my cals and getting enough protein. I am also doing C25K for the second time to improve my speed and going to at least one yoga…
