Hi guys - I'd love to join you. I'm just starting out and have been doing the Leslie Sansone Walk Slim dvd's for the past 3 weeks or so. I alternate between the 2 and 3 miles. Will probably buy the 4 mile this weekend, I'm ready for a new challenge. :smile:

That's interesting. I've been used to aspertame for quite some time, but my body could just be freaking out because of the reduced calories. I don't know, I've gotten so many different possibilities, including ongoing back problems that could be causing the head and neck pain. I'm waiting on my blood and cat scan results.…

Thanks guys. I'm definitely eating enough, drinking tons of water, and getting lots of protein. I guess it won't hurt to have blood work done though and get everything checked out by the doc. I'll keep you updated! =)

Hey guys! I'd love to join you. I'm barely 5'2 and have 100 pounds to lose to reach my healthy goal....well 98 actually since I'm 2 lbs down now...*patting myself on the back*. It does seem overwhelming but I'm feeling great and already noticing a difference in my attitude and energy levels. So glad to have found this site.

Hi folks!!! My Leslie Sansone dvd's finally came in and I just finished the Walk Slim Fast Start 1 and 2 mile....LOVED IT!!! Feel great...what do you guys log it as in the exercise tracker?

That is helpful, thank you. I like to eat them with chopped tomato, cucumber, onion, and some balsamic vinaigrette. So good.
