  • I follow a WFPB diet. I was more of a junk-food vegan until the beginning of this year, but now I am completely plant-based, no oil.
  • There are lots of vegan yogurt substitutes, if you're interested. They make coconut milk yogurt, soy yogurt and my favorite, almond milk yogurt. :)

  • I used to get really sore too, all the time, and had muscle cramps. My aunt (a nurse) suggested a magnesium supplement. It's only a couple dollars at any grocery store or Wal-mart. Since then, I've been working out harder than ever with hardly any soreness at all!
