First thing in a.m. after "evacuating" and naked. I think that's the best way to be consistent.

This isn't really a saying, but when I was about 6 yrs old my cousin who was 1 yr older than me told me that people only have 7 layers of skin, and once they're gone, that's it. I believed her for the longest time and was worried about what would happen if I skinned my knee more than 7 times.

My son turned 12 in April and he's currently 5' 5". I'm 6' and hubby's 6' 5"

Like the others have said, you really need to complain. But I think if you cut it to a little below shoulder length it will look nice.

Great job!

You can look at mine, but you'll have to go back to the beginning (early January-early April) when I was at 1200. I reached my goal and have been maintaining since Easter. The first couple of days were hard, but staying around 1200 (sometimes went over) was not as bad as I thought it would be. I ate more salads than I…

Cook with pepper, garlic, whatever seasoning you like. Shred meat and use it for BBQ pulled pork sandwiches, and quesadillas or tacos with lowfat cheese.

I totally agree. I only eat Kroger brand. Those 2 "name" brands were yucky! I don't know...too mushy or something and an unpleasant taste. Maybe they'd be OK in lasagna, but not plain. I like cottage cheese best with canned pears, though pineapple and peaches are good too, as others have mentioned.

Looks like even more than 17 lbs, especially in the side view pic. Good job!

Here's a pasta tip. The pasta I've been eating since being on MFP is the farfalle (bowties). I measured out 2 oz. of dry pasta and it was 48 pieces for 200 calories. This makes it easy to count calories just by counting the actual number of noodles.

Yeah, you kinda gotta have the whole package IMO.

Holey moley! Awesome job!

Interesting how sizes vary. I am about 6' 1/2" and currently weigh 169, and my best fitting jeans are 14, but I also still wear my size 16 ones even though they're a little baggy. When I was 189 (my highest nonpregnancy weight at the beginning of this year) I had just bought some size 18 dress pants. They were kind of big…

Though it's probably not a necessity for everyone, I LOVE my scale! I use it all the time for things like meat and fruit. I mean there is a big difference in calories between a small pear and an extra large one. If we're going to be tabulating calories -- the basis of MFP--we may as well be as accurate as we can.

Great job! Those little victories/good decisions mean a lot. I was at my nephew's birthday party last night and I had just one small piece of sub sandwich and skipped the cupcakes, even though I had the calories left to do it. Yay willpower!

I believe the number does take into account your height, weight, and maybe age (?), because 2 of my MFP friends and I all did the same exercise for the same amount of minutes and MFP said we all burned a different number of calories.

Since the original question is regarding performing, I must say that I believe the majority of a crowd watching a burlesque show will be put off by a hairy female dancer.

Unhealthy for mom and baby, and just plain gross. Nobody should do that.

Good news...the texture improves after they cool! A lot like chocolate cake.

Trying to post pic...

Congrats! I would suggest continuing to eat healthy, TRY not to give in too much to any weird cravings, and tell the doc about your concerns when you go next week.

Holy cripe! You don't even remotely look like the same person!

Yes, Devils Food is chocolate. The Sugar Free Devil's Food (pillsbury or duncan hines, I forget which) has 120 cals in 1/4 cup of dry mix vs. 150-180 in regular (non-sugar free) mixes.
-
Just made it for the first time! Used sugar free Devil's Food cake mix with the Angel Food for 98 calories. Added 2 T of Reddi Whip for another 15 and had a nice little treat.

Colin Firth in Bridget Jones' Diary.

Can't see alabughosh's face but her man reminds me of Ryan Gosling.
