I'm here 3 years late to say I've just discovered these and they are nom nom nom but only 60-70 calories! So far I've had pineapple and grape, with tangerine awaiting me in the freezer. They're on sale 2/$5 at Giant Eagle this week, so I'm ready to go back and stock my freezer!

Good to see other ladies my height and age here. I’m 51, almost 6’1 and restarted MFP last week. Started at 197.8, currently 193.8, aiming for around 170. I’ve lost weight before but then I lose my discipline and I gain it back. Trying to make it stick this time.

Here’s one of my favorites.

Holy moly! Great job!

Excellent!

Same. It sucks! I turn 50 next May and just started back on MFP to lose at least 25 pounds by my birthday. My motivation is to be able to say that I'm fitter at 50 than I was in most of my 40s.

I know I don't know you, but I literally just got tears in my eyes looking at this. So wonderful!

Passed up free cupcakes and cookies at work even though they were from my favorite bakery.

I buckled my belt on the 2nd hole from the end rather than the 1st. Soon it'll be the 3rd!

Restarted MyFitnessPal today and ate no sweets!

Leftover turkey, of course!

Pretzels, reduced fat Wheat Thins or Cheez It, Laughing Cow light Swiss on reduced fat Ritz, cucumber and carrots dipped in a little salad dressing. Peanut butter on toast if I have calories to spare.

Awesome! I love your makeup, too.

I had the same problem and was very frustrated. I ended up returning my Fitbit after just a couple days.
-
Haha, I felt bad I "made" you waste time Googling stuff!

Thank you for the explanation. I decided that trying to figure out 2 systems (Fitbit and MFP) was just frustrating me (plus Fitbit wouldn't reliably sync even after I talked to customer service), so I actually returned my Flex and will stick with what has been working for me, which is MFP. Imperfect science, perhaps, but I…

Agreed. I bought a Fitbit Flex on Saturday and I'm returning it to Target tonight.

I don't know what cookie butter is, but after reading this thread I will definitely need to find out! I really like Trader Joe's chicken potstickers. Seven pieces are only 200 cal.

Not impressed with Fitbit. It doesn't display calories burned from walking in my MFP diary and it's been "looking" for my Flex since 7 p.m. last night. I had hoped this would make healthy living more convenient, but it's just frustrating. I think I'll return the band to Target and go back to using the iPhone to count steps…

OK, I will give it a couple more days to see if anything changes. I guess I'm impatient. I did follow the Fitbit tracker path you described. It says Fitbit Tracker Calories Burned =1597 ; MyFitnessPal Calories burned 2,065. (I only wore Fitbit since about 1 p.m., so i guess that makes sense and it may be more accurate when…

If calories burned doesn't kick in until a few thousand steps, then this is not going to do what I want it to. I like the method with the iPhone, but the trouble is it with often zero out at random times during the day.

I have made this many times. Very moist and tasty, and less than 300 calories per serving. http://www.myrecipes.com/m/recipe/cinnamon-apple-cake

Today I am wearing pants that I haven't been able to fit into for about 3 months.

Oh no. I have an unopened pint in my freezer I was looking forward to trying. I drink a lot of diet pop ( I know...I know...) so the artificial sweetener taste might not bother me as much as others. Is Halo Top any good?
