I personally mix the both together, so then you aren't wasting the yoke of the other egg just for the egg white. I can't tell a difference in them,

Try cutting down the number of egg and then use egg whites to substitute for a full egg.

Also watch the sodium levels. It seems a lot fo your meals are very high in sodium which will be stored. A lot more protein :)
