Elliptical..better on joints. I would also get some dumbbells to do some strength training. Alternate days between cardio and strength.

I am new...don't understand a lot of the "language", i.e., 'Bump' and 'Spanx' and such. I read one of the article for Newbies and it kept talking about 'bumping' to keep the article on top. BTW, this is the best and easiest site i have ever seen for losing weight healthily. Thanks MFP for all you do!
