I loved this post! I am sad though, that so many people feel they need to leave negative comments. If they don't like it, move on! I use a meyer lemon, safflower oil (about half the amount of liquid from the lemon in oil), kosher salt, and pepper... shake and use sparingly on my romaine lettuce. It tastes pretty good! My favorite thing to do is search pinterest for dressing ideas! They have some really great ones too!

My gym is connected with a local hospital and feels a bit like a country club... indoor tennis courts, basketball, warm pool and lap pool, cardio, weights, classes, pilates reformer, etc. Kids actually have their own fitness classes for 6-12 year olds... 2 kids, 1 teen, 2 adults, 1 neighbor kid, total of 155.00 per month.…

Don't ever step on just out of the shower with wet hair! That adds weight quickly! Always have dry hair!
