  • I have been using them along with Raspberry Ketones and they really seem to increase my self control on food choices. There are times when I am out and I think I make a good choice, but find out it was a bad one. But in my controlled kitchen, it helps me think straight about choices! : )

  • I have been trying to find that just right place too! I love a little restaurant up by Broad Ripple called, SoBro Cafe. They make all of their food from scratch and use a lot of organic, gluten free, vegetarian type dishes. BEST baked sweet potato fries! But they are known for their crepes. : ) Good luck!
