Hello ladies...just joining here, hope I'm welcome. I am 10 days into this and want to lose 30 lbs so I can book a much needed beach vacation with my husband and wear a pretty bathing suit! Wow do the calories add up fast! whew.... so nice to see so many to give support.

Just think of all the pretty bras that come only in smaller sizes :-)
