I'm going to enjoy my Thanksgiving dinner like normal and just eat until I'm full. I'm teaching Turbo Kick the night before and the night after so hopefully that'll burn off the extra calories. It's totally fine to splurge one day. Plus, I'll need the extra calories for my energy for BLACK FRIDAY!!!! :D

I work 8:30/9:00-5:30/6:00 p.m. M-F. I also work about 40 minutes away from my home. Hmm this sounds like Florida. :) It's been so darn hot lately!! I'd have to save it counted but who knows. Just make sure you're drinking plenty of water and get some electrolytes back in your system too. I know when I do that kind of work I always end up with a headache from a lack of hydration.

I used to do this but now I realize that weighing in on Fridays kind of encourages me to overindulge on the weekends. Since my weigh-in days are now Sundays or Mondays, I have to be held accountable for my Friday and Saturday actions. It's been working so far and really helps me commit to my new lifestyle.

Sherri, If you're truly severely out of shape, then I wouldn't recommend TurboFire to start. It's a somewhat intense program for people, even with modifying the moves. Hey! I just started TurboFire on Wednesday (making my rest days Fridays). I'm loving every minute of it so far. How are you progressing on it?
