  • 5/7 had a day off, so got in a good workout. Did my exercise routine & mixed it up yet again, 25 mins. Then did 40 mins on the exercise bike, followed by 35 mins on the treadmill. All in one flow, instead of breaking it up in bits & pieces throughout the day.

  • I would like to join. I will start tonight. After dinner snack allowable to 9 pm. (recently had a lesson at our tops club, that this helps with overnight metabolism.) But must be a healthy snack (cereal, cheesestick, low cal pudding, fruit, etc). NOT JUNK (for me that means no candy, marshmallows, chips etc.)

  • thanks for the Mickey comment, He's the man. That was taken after doing the DisneyWorld Half marathon. We have since also done the Disneyland Half & gotten the Coast to Coast medal, It has Walt & Mickey on it, so I HAD to have it. Great reason to do 2 half marathons in one year. LOL.
