ok. I bumped this from yesterday. Can we do minutes? I am doing a combination of lots of exercise, (walking, exer bike, total body workouts & core workouts and would like to be able to keep track. 31 days X 60 mins = 1860 mins. I have the FT4 and yes you can use it in the water, I did a class at our local water park and it worked just fine. It says it is good up to so many feet, check the website. ok. 5/7 Did 25 mins on the exercise bike & 25 mins on the treadmill in the "fitness center." Then the front desk people told us the convention center was only like 1.8 miles from the hotel so we decided to walk there, also. Walked there, turns out it's 3 miles away. 4/7 Did 30 mins on ex bike and 30 mins on treadmill this am before leaving town. I am in Dallas now, they do have a bike and treadmill. I will use those in the am. & if I get the chance for a walk tomorrow will do that. Brought my DS walking trainer pedometer thing though, so I can track step count tomorrow.

3/7 -- 32 mins on exercise bike & 34 mins on treadmill. Need to burn calories but keeping it all simple this week.

Ok 2/7 with 50 mins on the exercise bike and 50 mins on the treadmill. I let myself enjoy an enchilada dinner from a local fast food place last night & need to spend the rest of the week getting rid of it.

Me -- 13 LNS -- 3 Last night was a bad night for me also, zaza. Just reverted to old habits, sitting on my bed with computer snacking, Had marshmallows and some dry cereal, still within calorie limits though. I didnt exercise yesterday, just felt lazy & that seemed to set the tone for the day.

Way to Go thinktank, on the 5K. I can walk with no end, but I cant run. 3/7 today, did a 4.1 mile walk/jog in 1 hr and 2 mins., that's a new record for me. Thanks, thinktank, that's the problem with working out that much, trying to eat back some of the calories, when I wasnt even extra hungry. Had to go to the store to buy food to use some of them up. LOL. Got me some yummy mexican food.
