  • Plank and side plank are great, gradually increasing the time
  • I do kettlebells a couple of times a week and am gradually increasing the weight - keep doing the weight training!
  • I think if you want to realistically lose weight you need to let yourself 'go' now and then - i always log whatever i eat and make up for it in the rest of the week!
  • I totally understand your passion for crisps...... i need to lose 20 lbs and it's so hard to lose it and keep it off! Keep looking towards small goals and don't let a bad 10 minutes make a bad day or week! good luck

  • I agree with this, i fill the food diary in as soon as i get to work and then i am likely to stick to it. I think some days are really hard (especially for us hormone ridden women!) and all you can do is minimise the damage by not having the real bad stuff available.
