OMG they have fruit specials! I'd get a bad app like an egg roll and then have Ayam Tropical (Crispy boneless white meat chicken with fresh mango, papaya, onion, red pepper in a light spicy lime sauce)

I"d love to be at my teenage weight but wont ever happen. My body is just different now... I go by body measuements. If I can get back to a 25-26inch waist (when I was at my smallest), I'll be thrilled.

Ive been eating a lot of -Carrots -Broccoli -Asparagus -Spinach -Zuchinni -Apples -Oranges -Grapes Also -1% milk -Salmon and turkey -Hummus -Coconut Water -Blue Cheese (small amounts) -Buckets of water (nothing new for me) I've actually eaten all of this stuff for a really long time. oh how funny, I'm doing this anyway! I didn;t know it had a name! I only eat between 9-5 at present and it's helped me make heathier choices and stopped the late night pop tart grab.

Maybe try prenatal vitamins? I know girls who takes them specifically for hair health. I wonder if your wifes body misses them? I like the doctor advise, I am not one.

Don't you want to know your vitiman/protein/fiber/sugar/iron/etc intake? I log everything.... I adore MFP because, for me, it's more than just calories, fat, or carbs. It's about examining everything I eat and learning more about nutrition as well as how to create a better lifestyle for myself.

Maybe! I don't worry about my thighs too much though because I have an apple shaped body. I'm overweight for my size and my thighs don't touch. Also, Boston is a college town so I probably do see more than you guys...it seems like everyone here is 19 yrs old!
