  • I started a few days ago too. This is my first time ever counting calories or reading labels. I can really see how it works to log everything instead of just mindlessly snacking. I even bought a tape measure and a new scale. Let's Go!!!

  • Thanks for the welcome! Yes I did my first walk, and I went out and bought a tape measure. I plan on walking again tomorrow and buying a new scale.
