I did Curves circuit training 3 days a week, along with the 30 DS. Any strength training would probably be good. I've done the 30 DS shred twice, and yes it does get easier!

Popcorn! Not microwave just popcorn you pop yourself. Trader Joe's organic, Roundy's yellow or white kernels, Mighty But Tiny Popcorn. You name the popcorn I've probably had it!
