I'm so glad there are other people on here that get it. After reading a stream of posts with people idolising airbrushed model bodies, aiming to get to 130-140lbs and setting sky-high targets I was feeling a bit de-motivated and like what I was aiming for was totally wrong. I feel better now reading these posts.

Thank Christ there's someone else in the world that doesn't feel a need to be superskinny! I'm not this tall - Only 5'5" in fact and i'd be quite happy at 154-168, It would put me above my BMI for a "healthy" weight and I don't care.

I'm running both simultaneously as well! Just had my first weigh-in today...think I need the regular weigh-ins to keep me motivated but I like this for monitoring my calorie intake and the support better. Good luck with it :)
