  • K, I think I'm gonna try 10 days on Level 1 then see how I feel. I'll tell you, after doing Level 1 off and on for a while, I am much better with the exercises. I thought I was gonna die on the first day. I'm curious about the Level 2 after reading you're comments. :) I'll have to wait! No injuries!
  • Just tried the 5 lbs today. I could do most everything on Level 1 except the second set of the first exercise, and the last shoulder one. I went down to 1 lb weight for those. I really pushed myself, and I think I'm gonna be hurting tomorrow! :-P

  • I agree. Take some time for yourself and let yourself mourn. Enjoy your family while their hanging around. Death has a great way of bringing people together. Sometimes its rare to have those opportunities. Just take one day at a time. You're not giving up and you know that!!
  • It's hard, I know. Especially with kids. Just watch those calories and take it day by day. I'm just starting out and I'm trying not to get to over worked about it. I log all my foods and try to stay within my goal. Good luck! I've loved MFP so far!
