Break it down... make it a meal and then you will have it for next time. It takes some time to accumulate your stuff but then you'll have it and it wont seem so daunting.

The sugar from the fruit burns faster and easier then other sugars..... but it still comes down to calories in Vs Calories expended.

It's a habit you've created... if you can get yourself to ignore the munchies for a week or two, it'll be much easier after that... I was having some form of chocolate every evening. It killed me a first (not to have it) but now it's no big deal.

Are you logging all your food correctly? Maybe you are eating more calories than you think you are??? I always worry about that in regards to myself.

Are you calculating your calories correctly... it always worries me that I am really intaking much more that what I assume I am. Good luck!

If your not getting enough calories, eat a piece of chocolate. It's a "live it", not a "diet".
