I'm with the other two who asked about why everyone is using the protein powder. I used to take it about 4 years ago when I did strength training. Now I do cardio 3x a week, and weights 2x. This looks good to me! I'm going to try it. You mentioned that it wasn't healthy but it really is. It's much better then using a box cake mix to make this with all the additives. You are using all real ingredients. Great job!:wink:
