I am 5'11'', 148ish, and (allegedly) at about 27% body fat. I wear a size 10 pants. I'd like to get my body fat % down to around 20%. I don't care what the number on the scale is. I do Crossfit, kickboxing, and some beachbody programs at home (not a coach/not looking to sell! lol).
