Well, all I said was that I would only eat 2 meals a day, the second of which happened to be at 10 p.m...I'm not telling anyone how to eat, I'm just saying what worked for me.

I am 5'6" down from 170 lbs to 135 lbs since January 2012. I lost 85% of the weight during the first 6 months. I like to do strength training throughout the week, but I spent 3-4 days at the gym doing cardio. The majority of my cardio comes from taking spinning classes! I am completely addicted. For me, nothing makes me sweat as much as 45 minutes in a fun spinning class. Not to mention, the music is awesome!
